Extremely rare Feldjager Korps Gorget
This rare gorget comes complete with original chain and backing and is in very good condition.
Maker marked assman and still holding its luminous power ..:the feldjager korps were amongst the most feared and powerful units of the reich and were used late in the war to round up deserters ,battle shy civilians and political personnel who could be used as last ditch troops ! any resistance usually meant a drum head execution!

all functions seem to work fine but it may need a service etc if it is to be used
there is a name inside the case Otto Lange and what appears to be his unit abbreviation for propaganda kompanie afrika (Afrika Korps) ………..
